Kanak is a second-year graduate student in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. Kanak completed his B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He also completed his M.Sc. from the same institution. His masters thesis was on exploring electronic properties of trilayer TMDC heterostructures based on MoS2 and their MOSFET applications. His research now focuses on near-field scanning optical microscopy and strain-induced exciton dynamics.
